Transcript, Test & Financial Document Submission
Submit Transcripts
International (non-U.S.) applicants have the option to send an official copy of their transcripts either through mail or electronically.
Applicants whose academic transcripts are issued in a language other than English are not required to submit an English translation.
Please send a PDF version of the documents to admissions@byuh.edu or mail the original printed document to BYU–Hawaii Admissions.
Electronically
Official transcripts may be sent electronically one of two ways:
- e-Transcript Service: Official transcripts may be sent from either the Parchment Exchange or the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Email: Please send your transcripts to admissions@byuh.edu. Transcripts must be sent in PDF format.
The use of software or AI tools to alter or falsify official transcripts is strictly prohibited. Applicants found to have tampered with official documents may have their admission rescinded.
All transcripts sent through the mail must be official and sealed and can be sent to:

Please note that mail can take two to three weeks to arrive when sent from the mainland United States or through international mail.
Cite Transcripts
Official transcripts no longer need to be cited by an ecclesiastical leader.
Submit Test Scores
Test scores must be received two to three days before the application deadline of the desired semester.
Official test scores may be sent electronically in one of two ways:
- Directly from the testing service.
- By the applicant via email to admissions@byuh.edu if they are in PDF format.
Cite Test Scores
The official test scores no longer need to be taken to the ecclesiastical leader.
Send Financial Documents
Financial documents do not need to be cited and should be sent via email to BYUH Financial Aid & Scholarships (iwork@byuh.edu).
Sending Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sent through Parchment Exchange, National Student Clearing House, or a sealed letter from the school mailed to BYU–Hawaii Admissions. Any transcripts emailed will NOT be accepted.
All transcripts and documents must be received two weeks before the application deadline of the desired semester. Failure to follow instructions may result in a delay in your application, including the inability to apply for the desired semester.
