Discontinuance (Current or Former Students)

Students who have attended and earned credits at BYUH and wish to discontinue their enrollment to serve a mission will need to complete a discontinuance. The Office of the Registrar manages the listing of discontinued students on a mission.

Discontinue Your Enrollment For a Mission

Complete online form
You can discontinue your enrollment by following these steps:
  1. Log into MyBYUH.
  2. Click on Student Center.
  3. Select "Self-Service".
  4. Select "Request Discontinuance".
  5. Complete and submit the form online.
  6. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your discontinuance.
