BYU–Hawaii New Freshman Admissions Criteria

Submit results of NCEA/NZQA:
- Must include level 3 with a minimum of 42 credits.
--Or--
Complete the Te Timatanga Hou Programme:
- Pass the six core courses with a C or better.
--Or--
Complete BYU-Pathway's foundational PathwayConnect program (PC101, PC102, PC103, and the introductory certificate course):*
- Score a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.

*The completion of a BYU-Pathway Worldwide program will waive BYU–Hawaii’s English proficiency and High school diploma/secondary education requirements.
