Application for Holomua 2019


QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Preferably high school junior (2018-2019) or international equivalent.
  2. BYU-Hawaii International applicants must be able to obtain a B-2 visitor visa if traveling from outside the United States.
  3. Have a cumulative high school GPA above 2.8 or international equivalent.
  4. Read and agree to live by the BYU-Hawaii Honor Code - including Dress & Grooming, as well as Residential Living Standards.
  5. Have an interest in contributing to the mission of BYU-Hawaii: Learn, Lead, Build.
     

APPLICATION STEPS:

  1. Complete the application form, begin by clicking on "APPLY NOW" at the bottom of this page.
  2. Pay $25 non-refundable application fee online (NOTE: Your application will not be complete until the fee is paidAfter submitting your application and fee, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified about your decision).
  3. Complete the Medical Authorization/Waiver form - Insurance Number and Primary Physician's Information.
  4. Complete the Ecclesiastical endorsement form - Signed and dated by your Bishop.
  5. Contact your high school's registrars' office and request an official high school transcript be sent via email (recruitment@byuh.edu) or via mail:
